Founded in 2003, Child Restoration is passionately committed to the rescue and restoration of families and children who are at risk around the world. According to IJM.org, there are more than 40 million people trapped in slavery right now, including four year old children. According to adoptuskids.org there are currently more than 400,000 children in foster care right now. According to UNICEF 153 million children are orphans worldwide. It is our desire to do everything possible to help and love these children.
Our current projects are: building permanent safe homes for children born on the streets and in brothels as well as a safe home/ school for tribal orphans; raising individual sponsorships for women, children, and staff in "long-term care" children's homes in Southern Asia; training foster and adoptive parents in what it means to foster and adopt and why it matters; running a Foster closet in illinois; supporting families who may be at risk of being separated and Working to help keep them together. We long to build a community of love, hope, and spiritual support for those in need, whether it be spiritual and trauma counseling or teaching vocational skills in order to see each child fulfill the call of God on their lives.
